Shipping policy

Domestic shipping:
We will process and dispatch your order the same day if received before 10am AEST Monday to Friday. Orders that are placed over the weekend, or on a Victorian or Australian National Holiday will be sent out on the next available business day.

We offer domestic Standard and Express shipping options, Standard shipping is $10 and Express is $15. All domestic orders over $200 will be sent via complimentary standard post. If the item is returned however, postage costs will be deducted from the order total.

Standard shipping will take approximately 2-6 business days, Express approximately 1-3 business days.

We will post via Australia Post pack and track service. Orders over $300 require a signature on delivery. We will email you the relevant tracking number for your order once the order has been shipped.

Please note any items that are returned for change of mind or exchange will be re-sent at the cost of the customer. Postage costs are non-refundable when making a return.

International Shipping:

Currently, we are unable to ship to the United States due to the tariffs in place.

We will post internationally for a flat rate of $50 AUD ($30 AUD to New Zealand) using Australia Post Registered International Mail. A signature will be required upon delivery of your item.

We will process and post your order within 1 to 2 working days. Orders that are placed over the weekend, or on a Victorian or Australian National Holiday will be sent out on the next available business day.

Please allow 7-15 business days. Please note that all orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and any additional customs or duties charges that you may incur will be your responsibility.

Somebuddy Loves You Pty Ltd will not be responsible for international parcels once shipped, return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international returns.
